A graduate of Central Saint Martins in London in 2007, Italian designer Francesca Liberatore built up her international design experience by working in the headquarters of some of the world’s top high-end fashion houses, including Viktor & Rolf, Jean Paul Gaultier and Brioni.
In 2009, Francesca Liberatore won the Next Generation competition promoted by Italy’s CNMI and officially established her namesake collection by showing at Milan’s Fashion Week.
Francesca Liberatore has continued to develop an international presence, showing her creations in capsule collections in Paris, London, Tokyo, Canton, New York and Seoul.
Francesca Liberatore was the winner of the 2014 DHL Exported Award, which created a partnership with IMG Fashion for her to show her collection at New York Fashion Week with her first show in September of 2014 for Spring 2015.
For Spring 2015, Francesca Liberatore presented a collection that showed the designers attention to detail in every aspect of the collection from drape to hardware. A breath of fresh air, Francesca Liberatore’s New York Fashion Week debut has made her a fave to keep an eye on!
