As we have noted in previous seasons, New York designer Vivienne Tam is the master of merging Eastern and Western aesthetics. And for Fall 2015, she did just that once again for one of her most stunning collections to date.
Vivienne Tam drew her inspiration for the Fall 2015 Collection from chinoiserie, a style that was created from how Europeans imagined China in the 17th Century. Vivienne Tam took the feeling and elements from this period and reinvented it in a modern way.
Vivienne Tam also drew inspiration from romanticism, resulting in silhouettes that are very feminine. Ruffled necklines, soft draped blouses and flowey dresses and gowns emphasized this direction in the collection.
With gorgeous prints, beautiful embellishments and interesting fabrics, Vivienne Tam has created a Fall 2015 Collection that once again shows she is a fashion leader.
